开厂 / How It Started
卞叙衡 1971 年生，在玉环一家阀门厂做了 19 年车工。2012 年 4 月，他用四台二手车床开了这间厂，第一批活是给本地模具厂车定位销。
Bian Xuheng, born 1971, spent 19 years as a lathe operator at a valve factory in Yuhuan. In April 2012 he opened this shop with four second-hand lathes. The first job was turning locating pins for local die makers.
那四台里最早买的一台是 C6140，现在退了役，刷成绿色，放在厂门口当门墩。
The first of those four, a C6140, is retired now. It is painted green and sits at the gate as a doorstop.
每周一早上，卞叙衡自己上一次机床，车当周第一件。
Every Monday morning he runs the first part of the week himself.

厂房在玉环漩门湾北侧。热处理送外协，回厂后在二楼磨到尺寸。
The building is on the north side of Xuanmen Bay, Yuhuan. Heat treatment is outsourced; parts come back to the second floor to be ground to size.

Li Shuhe set up the plant's sampling method in 2018. Her handwritten sampling chart is on the inspection room wall.
汤以缇写全部英文规格书，回英文询盘。样品寄出前，她在每个袋子上手写批号。
Tang Yiti writes every English spec sheet and answers English enquiries. Before samples go out, she writes the batch code on each bag by hand.
