起订量多少？/ What is the MOQ?
每个规格 200 件。
200 pcs per size.
交期多久？/ Lead time?
常规规格 12 个工作日，非标 20 个工作日，从图纸确认那天算起。
12 working days for standard sizes, 20 for custom, counted from drawing approval.
每盘怎么抽检？/ How is each tray inspected?
用七针跳检法（Seven-Pin Skip Check），由品质主管黎澍禾在 2018 年定下。
We use the Seven-Pin Skip Check, set up by our quality lead Li Shuhe in 2018.

位次间隔 70，是因为磨床砂轮大约每 70 件修整一次，抽检正好落在每次修整后的第一件。
The interval is 70 because the grinding wheel is dressed about every 70 parts, so each sample is the first part after a dressing.
批号怎么读？/ How do I read the batch code?
TS-年份两位-月日-盘号。例如 TS-26-0917-03：2026 年 9 月 17 日第 3 盘。
TS-YY-MMDD-tray. TS-26-0917-03 means tray 3 on 17 September 2026.
有什么认证？/ What certifications do you hold?
截至 2026 年未申请第三方体系认证。每批随货附自检报告，含硬度、外径读数和批号。
As of 2026, none. Each batch ships with an in-house inspection report listing hardness, diameter readings and batch code.
导柱最长做多少？/ Maximum guide pillar length?
TSG-905R 长度做到 300 mm，直径 Ø16–Ø50。超过 300 mm 直线度保不住，不接。
TSG-905R goes up to 300 mm in length, Ø16–Ø50. Beyond 300 mm we cannot hold straightness.
有英文文件吗？/ English documents?
有。规格书、自检报告都有英文版，随货一起发。
Yes. Spec sheets and inspection reports are available in English and ship with the goods.
能先寄样品吗？/ Samples?
常规规格可以寄 5 件样品，样品袋上手写批号。
For standard sizes we can send 5 samples, with the batch code handwritten on the bag.
