用在哪 / Applications
模具导柱配套的导套；低速、往复、加不了油或不方便加油的轴位；粉尘多、油脂容易粘灰的设备。
Guide bushes for die sets; slow, reciprocating shafts where greasing is impossible or awkward; dusty machines where grease collects grit.
包装与批号 / Packing and Batch Code
每 20 件一个防锈袋，袋上印批号。法兰型单独一层隔板，免得法兰边互相磕。
20 pcs per anti-rust bag, batch code printed on each bag. Flanged bushings are packed with a divider layer so the flanges don't knock together.
选型提示 / Selection Notes
压装前别再往孔里抹油，石墨塞自己会在轴上铺一层膜，抹了油反而粘灰。轴的硬度建议 HRC 45 以上。
Don't grease the bore before fitting; the plugs lay down their own film on the shaft, and added grease only picks up dirt. Shaft hardness of HRC 45 or higher is recommended.
